Do I need roof crossbars to rent a cargo box?
Yes. Our cargo boxes must be mounted to roof crossbars (also called roof racks or roof bars). If your vehicle doesn’t have them, you’ll need to install a set before your rental. We currently offer free installation for:• Audi Q5 (2018–2025)
• Audi Q7 (2020–2025)

Do you deliver to my area?
We offer free delivery in Huntington Beach and nearby cities. If you're outside that zone, a delivery fee may apply. You'll enter your ZIP code on the reservation form, and we’ll confirm everything when we follow up.
What if it doesn’t fit my vehicle?
We confirm compatibility before every booking. If it doesn't fit, you don’t pay — zero risk.

How does payment work?
You’ll pay by credit card when we deliver and install your gear — no upfront payment required. A fully refundable $300 security deposit is included to protect the equipment and is returned once everything is picked up in good condition. Quick, secure, and hassle-free.
What if I damage the gear?
Life happens. That’s why we offer an optional damage waiver for a small fee — so you're covered and stress-free.
Can I add a YETI cooler to my rental?
